What Causes Sense Of Fullness Of The Stomach With Pain During Bowel Movement?

Ive had a hysterectomy and my ovaries removed all at separate times. My last surgery was 5 years ago, also 2 c-sections 15 years ago for that, my question is im having sharp horrible pains in lower stomach when its time to have a bm. Lately every time i eat im feeling full, sick to my stomach im not constipated can u please help

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fullness of the stomach with pain during bowel movement which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis. It could be due to electrolyte imbalance in body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take acetaminophen for fever. You should take proper rest. You should have plenty of fluids to rehydrate. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. You should do tepid sponging as well. Visit general physician once and get it examined. You should get blood tests done to find out underlying cause of fever whether bacterial or viral and start treatment accordingly. You can take paracetamol syrup for fever as well. Your symptoms will resolve in 3-5 days.
