Hi I have gone through your complaints If i were your treating doctor i would have liked to know Are the lesions painful or not Is there any discharge from urethra Specific timings of itching As you have said that there is no history of sexual contact so the chances of sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea,chlamydia.lymphogranuloma venerum,haemophillus ducrei,syphillis and molluscum contagiosum have low chances. In your situation top on my list would be 1-scabies.for which i would suggest you to take out your bedsheets and other stuffs and place them under sunshine.then i will suggest to apply permethrine lotion ie descab lotion to your whole body except face and eyes and take a shower after 24 hours.this also advised for every family member provided that there is no allergy. 2- second on my list will be eczema for which i will prescribe topical steroids such as mometasone / methylprednisolone for 14 days. 3-then psoriasis and allergy I would suggest you to meet your dermatologist as these drugs are available on prescription and physical exam is mandatory.
