Hi,

Osteoarthritis, itself does not cause any raised BP. However, co-existence of osteoarthritis and hypertension is very commonly seen. Connection between the two conditions, presenting together is not well understood yet. Still, the treatment of hypertension in osteoarthritis patients may be a challenging task, as the analgesics, particularly, NSAID's, also have their effect on BP.

Also, I could not make, what is Levitra SP 5 mg. Maybe, some preparation of lisinopril, a drug used for hypertension. However, you are advised to consult your doctor regarding both the conditions as for as diagnosis and treatment protocol is concerned.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
