If needed hearing tests like rinne and weber test done along with PTA. Then if needed antibiotic given along with ear drops.... If congestion present steam inhalation done. So headache could be from reffered headache from ear... Second bronchitis also can be the cause. Symptomatic management needed. If condition worsening chest x ray for pulmonary infection and PNS for sinusitis done... Consult ENT surgeon first for your condition. Take care
