What Causes Repeated Infection In Breast Silicon Implants?

lets say that my wife got breath silicon transplants and her body didn t adapted to them so they took them out and now they are cleaning her breath constantly because she has a bacteria and they are giving her antibiotics and it didn t clean the whole breath and now the doctor cleaned like 3 times now is there a chance that she mite die please tell me thank you so much.
