What Causes Red Spots On The Face Of An Infant Suffering From Fever?

Hi doc i want to ask about my 11 month boy he was suffered in fever sine 3 days nd the fever was up nd down his skull like burning hot but hand nd feet too much cold now the fever has gone but mild red spots has appeared on his face nd back I m too much worried about it

Hi welcome to HCM...

Here for your baby fever with rash should be evaluated through physical examination and CBC needs to be done ....
It could be viral infection most likely here or allergic fever .....
Symptomatic management done ...
Specific treatment needed if cause is not viral...

Give more water and your child might given antihistaminic drugs ....
Topical calamine lotion also helpful...

Take care

Advise : Pediatrician consultation and examination and than accordingly treatment .....
