What Causes Red Skin Tag On The Vagina?
I have a piece of tissue less than an inch long attached to my skin on my vagina. It is red and left blood on my underwear, however where it is attached it healthy skin. It is irritated at touch and dangles from point of attachment. Do I need to go see a doctor?

Skin tag most commonly due to genital wart, by human papilloma virus.
Treatment are below:
1. Topical: 80% Trichloroacetic acid gel
0.15-0.5 % PODOFIX GEL
2. If not respond you can do excision by
Best is nitrogen cryotherapy: very less scar after ablation
other are electrocauterization and simple excision
In addition
2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene after sex
5. If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD
