What Causes Red Round Spot Inside My Jaw?

I have a red round spot that pops up on the inside of my mouth jaw it will come and go away for a week or two and pop back up same for the the other side of my jaw I have asthma and currently using an inhaler and I m also anemic. Now I notice the back roof of my mouth is red just a little

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The red spot inside the jaws and roof of the mouth can be because of the fungal infection particularly candidiasis since you are using inhaler you are more prone to develop candidiasis. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use topical antifungal agents like clotrimazole. Do saline gargling.
