What Causes Red Ring Mark On Upper Forearm In Kid?
My daughter has a red ring on her upper forearm it looks like a rubber band made a msrk around whole arm. Its been over a week and has not lighten up it is slightly raised. No fever no physical symptoms and doesnt comain of any itchkng or burning she is 4 years old. Any suggestions?
