Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The rash could be a pigmented purpuric dermatosis or petechia or purpura. Pigmented purpuric dermatosis is a harmless condition and only of cosmetic concern. But Petechie and purpura are signs of underlying blood disorder. So, I recommend you to consult your Dermatologist to rule out purpura and petechia.

Hope I have answered your query.
