What Causes Red/pinkish Blood During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am scheduled to give birth in two weeks. Although, the past 4 days, I have had a severe cough, and recent fever. Eventhough I am starting to feel better, I find spotted, light red/pinkish blood on my tissue paper. Could this be from stomach contractions from coughing, or a serious effect to my pregnancy? Please help.
