Hi I have little red dots on my penis. I am not fully sexually active, and in relationship only with one partner from past 2 years. I don t know what had caused this. Though I feel that I masterbated little harder and used a towel which was lying near to me, actually that towel was a car cleaning towel, accidently I cleaned with it. Also I applied after shave lotion on penis after shaving. At first there were only 2 pimples/spots but now they are many. Though tiny and not clearly seen. They do not itch or pain. I applied coconut oil on it from 2 days and its not helping I guess. I am having this issue from a week. Help me.
Balanitis is irritation of the head (glans) of your penis. It's usually caused by poor hygiene or an infection.
You're more likely to develop balanitis if you're uncircumcised. Red spots, swelling, and itching are common symptoms
Therefore I suggest consulting an urologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
