Hi, i am trying to get some information on repeated bout of heat rash or prickly heat. I have been using talc powder taking antihistamines and generally washing and cleaning the area repeatedly. I am usually very cold and continue to be even during the recent sunshine . The rash is in 2 forms one near the elbow which has a redish colour although further down the forearm the rash continues without the red colouring.
