What Causes Red Bumps On Upper Legs?

My 18month old girl suddenly has red bumps on the back of her upper legs, below her belly button and a few on her bum as well....they started a yesterday. I put her usual bum cream and even used canes ten cream ( all of which usually works) but this time nothing? What could this be?

This looks like a fungal infection. Apply nystatin cream two times a day for 14 days. Also use a zinc oxide based cream on the bumps at other times. Good luck!
