What Causes Red Bumps On Tip Of Penis?

I have small (Hardly visible) red bumps on the tip of my penis, but they do not seem to have any sort of fluid or anything. The penis itself has no unordinary discomfort, the foreskin around it has mild discomfort. There is no burning sensation when I urinate (Only a small discomfort as the urine passes out the foreskin, pulling that back then removes all discomfort). I recently had oral sex (And only oral), but the person at the very least did not appear to have any symptoms, and there is nothing on anything except the tip itself.
Does it sound extremely likely that I have herpes, or is it possible that she could have just been a little "too rough"?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds like condylomas. You should have that checked by a local doctor. Until you have a definitive diagnose please use condoms when having sex. Your condition might be contagious.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Alexander Davis, General & Family Physician
