What Causes Red Area Under Clitoris After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hi, under my cliterus there is a red area, it is sore when I touch it but otherwise it is not. I wouldn t call it a lump. As I recently had unprotected sex I was wondering if it was linked to that, but I dont think this person has had sex with anyone else. As I have had sex with him more than once and nothing before that has gone wrong, i was wondering if it was really not linked to it and just more of a skin deformation. It has been itchy before but not very much, only on occasions. I m just wondering if u should be worried or not?

It's my first priority to help you.
Well This is likely to be a yeast infection that is external. Burning,pain and itching with swelling is common. You should buy some over the counter clotrimazole 3 day cream (Gynelotrimin). Do not use a one day creme externally. Be sure to retract the hood of the clitoris and apply it externally.
Also do warm water sitz bath with betadine solution for 10-15 minutes.
You should start a probiotic.
Wear loose fitted cotton clothes to prevent friction.
Abstain from sexual activity for a while.
You should take OTC Motrin and Claritin for few days.
You should hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.
