What Causes Recurring Stomach Infection Along With Weight Loss And Muscle Pain?
so many problems. my self 68yrs old. stomach infecton. in the one yrs.10 to20 times infections problems. my weight loss 70kg to 56 kg. weight loss. mussles pain area of soulders. feeling fever, spondolosis problem. weakness.For Asthma useing 15 Capsuls in a month. please Sir my English is weak.thanks

Firstly, I would like to have some more information about you.
1. What medications you are on, for asthma?
2. Is there abdominal pain?
3. Is there diarrhea/constipation? Is there loose stool with blood?
4. Which type of diet you take?
5. How do you understand that it is stomach infection? I mean to say what are the symptoms you notice that supports?
I will go step by step.
I. First do these tests:
1. Stool test
2. Urea Breathe test
3. Upper Endoscopy
4. Complete Blood Count
5. Widal test
II. General Treatments can be started
1. Paracetamol for fever and ache, can take as needed
2. asthma inhalers, salbultamol, as needed
3. intake of fluid, water, juice
4. healthy and light diet, no fast food, alcohol, smoke.
5. fresh foods/fruits/vegetables must be consumed.
