I am having headache almost daily, and it is getting severe day by day. I started taking disprins in extreme conditions only but now I consume a couple of disprins a day. I think this is very bad for my health. What can I do about this?
The primary reason for my headache is stress. I am little sentimental and I find it very difficult to sustain emotional gotchas.I think this is causing stress and headache. It's getting unbearable day by day. Now a days I am not able to sleep because of headache !!
