What Causes Recurring Fever Along With Coughing Up Of Yellowish Phlegm?
I have a fever of 99.5 that comes and goes since tues. a cough that soetimes produces yellowish phlegm a scratchy throat pain on top of my head and above my eyes.... and dizzy but still eating and drinking and trying to do my day to day. Is this a cold or sinus infection

it is mild pharingitis. do warmsaline gurgling, and take ezythrocin 500mg daily for 3days. can take tab paracetamol and levocetrizine 5mg daily.
