What Causes Recurring Bump Near Groin Area?

I have a bump that consistently comes and goes right on the inside of my thigh really close to the groin area, by my testicles. Sometimes the bump is big and sometimes it seems like its going away. it it grayish brown and red in the middle. Not a pimple and hurts when it gets big. what to do???

If you had any sex recently we can think of STI. If not it can be a simple abscess, ingrown hair, scabious cyst.
