What Causes Recurrent Testicular Pain And Swelling On Right Side?
Over the last four months I have had periodic testicular pain that mostly seems to be centered above my right testicle. I have had swelling above the testicle along with sharp pain when moving my right leg while I have the swelling. The pain is not completely consistent. There have been times where I had lots of pain for a few weeks and then a few weeks with little pain. No doctor or my Urologist could see a hernia. My Urologist thinks it might be intermittent torsion. What do you think, and what is your advice?

Regarding your symptoms of pain and swelling at your right testis I am the following conditions :
Orchiditis (testicular inflammation)
Torsion of the testis
Congenital hydocele of the spinal cord
In view of this please do a testicular ultrasound to rule out any of the above condition
Meanwhile please take tablet kotase tablet nurofen tablet ceporex(antibiotic) multivitamin capsules
