There can be many reasons for nose bleed along with dizziness like tumor in your nasal passage or in the brain could cause you to suffer from both nose bleeds as well as dizziness , hard blow to the head may cause the skull to get fractured, which in turn could trigger such symptoms , Hypertension and medication such as aspirin, or heparin on a regular basis .
