Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post it seems that your daughter might be having Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
I would suggest that you should get her clinically examined by an ENT specialist.
Following investigations can be helpful :-
1. Throat swab culture.
2. Complete Blood Count (CBC).
3. X-Ray PNS.
She should take paracetamol for relief from fever and pain. An antibiotic may be needed according to the clinical evaluation and reports of the above mentioned investigations.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.
