What Causes Recurrent Bronchitis And Fatigue?

I had recurrent bronchitis for 11/2 years. IgG subclasses 1 and 3 below normal. Concurrently was having weak spells. Saw an Immunologist/allergy specialist who put me on 2 months of Augmentin, Flonase, saline spray and Breo. I felt better and better. One week ago was the end of those treatments. Today I was fine in the morning, but about noon began to feel weak and had to lay down. Now I also am shaky. Your thoughts?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to an infection.

For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a chest X-ray study or CT scan, complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation and pulmonary function tests.

An antibiotic may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
