What Causes Rectal Bleeding During Bowel Movements?
Hate to say i have rectal bleeding during deification,soreness and rawness and some fatigue.blood used to be on poop only now much more with bowl movement And dark spots that appear to be clotting.Have had HPV long time. Way too much alcohol consumption seems to be catalist. What is going on?.

Bleeding during bowel movement could be due to piles, rectal inflammation, inflammatory bowel stndrome.
I would suggest to consult gastroenterlogist for examination and undergo CBC, ESR, CRP, RECTAL EXAMINATION, USG SCAN, FECAL calprotectin tests.
Avoid alcohol
Specific treatment depend on cuase
