What Causes Rectal Bleeding And Tingling During Bowel Movement?
Good morning i would like to find out something. I am passing out slight rectal bleeding when i go to poop and i have a constand tingling around my butt. The local doctor gave me a treatment for parasites for five days. I have still have not seen an improvement. I am also restless some nights and i as soon as i eat i go to the restroom with 20 minutes. I am male 33 years. I have never had any serious medical history.

Is there any pain? Is there diarrhoea alternating with constipation? Is there any abdominal pain? Do you have joint pains? Any fever?
In my opinion you should meet surgeon so that you can be examined well. There is need to get proctoscopy to rule out any local cause.
Meanwhile stay calm and use syrup lactulose at night 30 ml along with soft diet. Do not eat meat and spicy things until you are being examined by surgeon
