Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a cardiac arrhythmia. An electrolyte imbalance cannot be excluded, considering the fact that you have weakness and blurring vision.

I recommend taking some fluids and have some bed rest. If the problem persists, I recommend going to the ER for a careful physical exam and some tests:

• A resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound
• Blood electrolytes
Complete blood count
• A brain CT scan may be needed if the blurring vision persists

Further tests to consider would be thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid dysfunction and an ambulatory 24 to 48 hours. ECG monitoring to examine your heart rhythm trends and exclude possible arrhythmia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
