What Causes Raised Red Itchy Rashes On Arms, Armpits And Inner Thighs?

Hello I suddenly acquired a red rash on my arms yesterday. It became raised red and itchy. I have noticed this morning it has spread around my armpits and patches on my inner thighs. Not sure what it is as I have not touched anything out of the ordinary. Please advise if possible. Ann

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection. But conditions like scabies should be ruled out. Scabies usually come in burrowing lesions. If you send a close picture then it will be more helpful in identifying. For fungal infection i would recommend using anti fungal ointments like miconazole or terbinafine for local application.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
