General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

I also suggest to avoid movements of the shoulder that can trigger the symptoms.

If the symptoms continue you should follow up with a neurologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
