What Causes "Fetal Thrombotic Vasculopathy" And "Chronic Deciduitis"?
Dear Sir,
We lost our baby after 23weeks of prgnanacy. Extensive postmortem invesigations were conducted. Only thing that came out is "Fetal thrombotic vasculopathy" and "Chronic deciduitis",
Could you please explain what this means? Is it going to re-occur? what precautions could be taken to aviod further recurrence?

hi healthcare magic user, fetal thrimbotic vasculopathy could be due to some infection in baby particularly gram negative organism which reduces blood supply in blood vessels by chocking it.
precautions to avoid it in future.
avoid infection in pregnancy, get evaluated which type of infection and cause , treat infection completely.
