Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The dark color noticed in urine and pus detected in urine requires a urine examination.
Pus cells is present in case of urinary tract infection.
In case pus cells are detected, a culture can be done to isolate the micro-organism causing the infection.
Drug sensitivity is further done to select the most appropriate antibiotic effective against the bacteria.
The lower back pain radiating to left leg needs to investigated.
The pain can be due to sciatica which is caused by compression of sciatic nerve.
The upper abdomen symptoms- upper abdominal swelling, burning pain radiating from center of chest to left arm can be due to cardiac causes.
I suggest you to consult a cardiologist for complete examination of the cardiovascular system.
If any abnormality is detected, it has to be managed accordingly.
If no cardiovascular problem is detected, then probably gastrointestinal problem like gastrointestinal reflux disease is the cause of these symptoms.
Your diastolic blood pressure is quite low.
You need to consult your physician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
