What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding?
Hi. I have been bleeding for about 9 weeks now. Doc gave me duphaston twice a day to stop but I have been using for 2 weeks now and I m still bleeding... Red, brown and some clotting experienced. What could the cause be? Ultrasound shows thickened uterine Wall even after bleeding heavy for 2mnths. Please give your opinion.

You are suffering from DUB dysfunctional uterine bleeding). You should take tablet primolut n two times plus tablet Tranostat-MF( tranexamic acid plus tab mefenamic acid ). You may go for laser ablation of the endometrium. Last option is the removal of the uterus if you have completed your family.
