What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Inspite Of Being On Implant Bar?
I was on the depo injection for about 4 years. I took about a 6 month break and didn t take any kind of birth control. I recently got the implanta bar in my arm. I ve had it for about 6 weeks and have now had my period for about 3 weeks and it s on and off every other day. What do I do to make it stop? And is my implanta working or not?

Hi,
I think this are side effects of implanon (the absence of period and then prolonged bleeding). I think you will soon get used too. May be you can take Norethisterone if bleeding continues.
