What Causes Prolonged Pain In Joints?

sir i am female 32 year old. i have joint pain in whole body last 2 yeara. at present time i have pain too much. feel difficult in hands up and sitting. i am consult many doctors but not relief in pain. i am doing tests R A factor (quantitive),thyroid, calcium, vit. D. all reports are normal but THS are increased and calcium or vitamin D are verry low in my body. and my HB is also verry low 7.9 gram. give suggestion what the reason of pain. i have take calcium tablets and multi vitamin cap. and take tryptomer 10 MG. ALSO.

Hi , thank you for consulting HCM.
According to your blood reports you are anemic and hypothyroidism symptoms are present.
You should get exact levels T3 and T4 and you should start thyroid supplements.
Low calcium also causes body pains.
Do regular exercise.
Start haemoglobin supplements.
Take food high in iron and calcium.
