General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Possible issue with hyper menses indicate hormonal changes after the stoppage of OC pills most likely.
* Primary care with hemostatic agents as ethamsylate and tranexamic acid helps great, iron with that to avoid secondary anemia.
* A gynec visit to evaluate the hormone imbalance with lab tests and ultrasound of pelvis in selected cases become the next best step to evaluate the issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
