As per your case history of prickly sensation my treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene. Use a mild antiseptic soap like Dettol for bathing.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Oral vitamin b12 supplement can be taken for faster results.
