What Causes Pressure In The Head And Dizziness?
Hi my head feels very heavy , I feel completely drained and I m going to the bathroom constantly , in the morning I feel like I m going to get sick and also In the afternoon and I started feeling dizzy for the past couple of days. Even tho I feel sick then I m getting craving for food as well late in the evening. Is that a sign that I m pregnant because this past week I m not feeling myself

The sign of pregnancy is delayed menstruation.
If your period is delayed than pregnancy should be ruled out by urine hcg card test
The respiratory tract infection, Labyrinthitis like ear infection, blood pressure fluctuations, heart problem etc can also lead dizziness
If needed further work up done with physical examination, blood pressure measurement, ear examination etc
Consult physician for examination and discuss your case
