Hi,
Cramping in the vaginal area is commonly due to infection (STI),
vulvodynia can be due to yeast infection, injury or irritation, muscle spasms or
hormonal changes. Avoid douches, use unscented toilet paper, rinse vulva with water after urination or intercourse, sit on a cushion, use cold or warm sitzbath. Do regular exercises to strengthen pelvic muscles.
To get relieved from discomfort apply
Lidocaine, topical estrogen creams, nerve blocks are also effective. Visit a gynecologist and get physically examined for the brown blood discharge which can be from polyps, hormonal imbalances or PCOS, your treatment will depend upon the developing pathology. For
back pain, you can take
Acetaminophen (Tylenol).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
