Hello,

I understand your concern for the premature graying of hair. In general graying starts at the age of 30 or late in different ethnic groups. As you have got it too early at the age of 12 to 18 years so known as premature canities.

Premature graying aka premature canities occurs due to multiple causes including nutritional, genetic and stress induced. We are not able to find the most appropriate treatment for the same. There care various treatments which are calmed to respond variably form person to person. In my patients I use the latest of the treatment available for the same is by "Melitain gel". It is a gel for local application which can be used over the scalp skin in the roots of the hair at day and night time. you just check melnora hair gel contains the same content as Melitain.

You can use the hair color an there is no harm n the same. I also suggest my patients to take vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other B complexes.

I additionally suggest eating a lot of green leafy vegetables and sprouts which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for normal hair function.

All the best.
