What Causes Popping Sound With Horrible Coughing Spell?

I heard a pop with an unexpected horrible coughing spell. Only days post hyst/sacro/rectocele repair etc. No spotting or bleeding. Just worried. How would I know if something terrible happened. Could things still be swollen enough to feel like my prolapsed uterus is till between my legs? I feel stupid not knowing

Hello,

The popping sound can be due to a torn fascia or a torn muscle fibres. To find out the abnormality you need to have an MRI scan. It can just be a small tear also.
