My husband went to a neuro surgeon with complaints of pins and needles in fingers and electric shocks in his body especially when he puts his head down had a dar accident 17 years ago and if recent a bike accident and fell in his head dr wants to do a decompression and fusion of c3-c4 what should we do

Is there any upper limb muscle weakness at present. If you have taken MRI mail the pictures...Otherwise consider taking an MRI Cervical spine... Thank you
