What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation In The Genital Area?
My son is 19 years old. He started feeling a tingling (pins and needle sensation in the genital area about 5 days ago after lifting a kettle ball. He has been uncomfortable ever since. Now he has discomfort in his lower abdomen and feels as if there is something sharp in the tip of his penis. He was examined by an urgent care physician 3 days ago and he could not find anything wrong. But his symptoms have worsened since then. He also feels discomfort under the testicle area. Thinking we she go to the ER. Can you offer advise?
