What Causes Pins And Needles And Twitching In Eyelids?

I have had pins and needles (mostly in both hands) on and off for a few months. I have also had three episodes during the same period where my left eye 'droops' - it's like it goes numb for a minute or two and half closes and I cannot move it. I have now had twitching on my lower right eyelid for five weeks and the left eyelid for the last two weeks of this. I have had brain MRI and bloods done but all normal... Any ideas on what I can do??

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
twitching is blepharospasm but pins and needle sensation and numbness are neurological. neurologist may be consulted.
