What Causes Pimples Like Soreness And Rashes In The Groin Area?

I have a rash, pimple like soars at my belt line. Basically in the groin area but Not at my Gentiles. These are individual pimple like soars. No puffiness and or redness...maybe a dozen or so ones that I have noticed for the past several weeks now. I wash daily. When I scrub or pop some, it leaves a welt like appearance that doesn t go away...

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

A rash at the beltline may indicate an allergic reaction to the belt materials especially nickel.
You may try to avoid belts with metal parts and also you may use local steroid cream (betamethasone) twice a day for 7-10 days.

If you notice no improvement in 4-5 days or you notice any worsening, you will need to see your doctor.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
