Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain the symptoms you explained are definitely of
Thrush that is a
fungal infection and it has to be treated with antifungal Oral medication like
Fluconazole and
Itraconazole along with
Nystatin mouthwash and antifungal lozenges..
Many a time long term intake of antibiotics is consider as a causetive agent for Thrush as it disturb the normal good bacterial flora of mouth that resist the infections from happening..
So in case of Thrush it is not indicative to take antibiotics but in case it is necessary you need to take treatment and measures to limit the fungal growth..
Along with the
Oral antifungal medicines you should gargle with Nystatin mouthwash two to three times a day and take antifungal lozenges..
Take probiotics like Yogurt and garlic in every meal as it helps in maintain ing normal bacterial flora and help in cleaning Thrush..
Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration and prevent
dry mouth as Thrush leads to dry mouth which can cause other complications..
I would suggest you to consult your doctor and limit the intake of antibiotics as much as possible and follow the medication and precautions for Thrush for faster cure..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
