General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be various reasons for the persistent vomiting after angioplasty such as wrong diagnosis for which the angioplasty is performed, such as
- Acute gastritis
- Peptic ulcer disease
Acute cholecystitis
- Acute pancreatitis
- Associated gastric problem with heart issues
- Side effect of certain medications such as:
@ Aspirin
@ Other anti-platelets such as Clopidrogel
@ Anesthetic compounds

A detailed case study is mandatory to evaluate the root cause and manage accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
