General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The presence of pus cells in urine can be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also recommend using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week to treat the infection.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
