What Causes Persistent Pain Below Rib Cage?
Experience persistent pain below right rib cage. The pain is worse when trying to sleep on my left side or back, not as bad when on my right side. Painful enough to keep me awake most of the night. It s noticeable but not as bad when sitting, standing or walking.

I really appreciate your concern, this is typical symptoms of hyperacidity and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time for four week, avoid coffee, smoking, alcohol, prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care.
