What Causes Persistent Joint And Muscle Pain Despite Taking Medication?

Hello, I have joint and muscle pain lately. I have been taking lisinopril and atorvastatin for at least 3 or 4 years. I took a tumble a couple months ago and am doing PT for my rotator cuff and since then I have joint and muscle pain. (wrist, legs)

It could be fibromyalgia or it could be a thyroid dysfunction also.
Please get a test done for the same.
We can try painkillers on and off but physiotherapy is a very good alternative.
