ENT Specialist 's  Response
The symptoms you are facing suggest an respiratory tract infection. The toxic effect of bacteria are generally responsible for the body ache and fever. I would do some baseline investigation like a chest x-ray, complete blood count and sputum culture 1st. And besides this plenty of fluid per mouth, stoppage of smoking, avoidance of crowded place, smoke, dust and taking of paracetamol orally along with a broad spectrum oral antibiotic and a cough suppressant should be initiated.
After getting culture and antibiotic sensitivity report switching to definite antibacterial drug would be done.
So, for all this to be applied, you should better visit a general physician in your area.
